What is the difference between prepaid and month-to-month subscriptions?

Prepaid subscriptions offer the best value by committing upfront to a set number of deliveries, with savings of up to 25%. They’re ideal for families who know what they love and want to stock up consistently. Once ordered, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Month-to-month subscriptions are more flexible, offering 5% off each order with the ability to adjust delivery timing, swap products, or cancel at any time, perfect for evolving routines or trying new flavors.

How does subscribe & save work?

Subscribe & Save allows you to replenish your family's favorite foods automatically at your preferred frequency. Simply choose "Subscribe & Save" at checkout to begin your discounted subscription (10% off the original price). Your subscription is easily managed through your customer portal which can be accessed here or through your White Leaf account.

How much does shipping cost for my subscription?

Shipping for subscriptions is the same as a la carte purchases - Orders $79 and up ship for free and orders under $79 ship at a flat rate of $7.95.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You’ll be billed immediately when you first place a subscription order. Recurring charges are based on your Next Charge Date which is set based on your subscription frequency (every 30 days, every 60 days, etc). To adjust your Next Charge Date, visit your Subscription Portal and click Manage Subscriptions. From here, you can click into individual subscriptions and reschedule or skip delivery.

Can I add products to my next subscription order?

Yes! At the bottom of your Subscription Portal, you’ll see a “browse all products” button. Here you can choose to include one-time items or add more products to your recurring subscription (for a 10% discount).

How can I swap flavors?

For month-to-month subscriptions, you can easily swap flavors in your Subscription Portal (link). Click into the product you’d like to change and find “Swap for a different product” at the bottom of the page. If you’ve purchased a prepaid subscription and need to swap flavors, please reach out to us at info@whiteleafprovisions.com

Will I earn reward points for my subscription purchases?

Absolutely! Every $1 spent with us earns you 5 points, whether it's for one-time purchases or subscriptions. You can redeem 400 points for $5 off of your next subscription order. Learn more about our rewards program here.

How can I change my delivery schedule?

Log into your Subscription Portal here and click the Reschedule button. From here you can delay your subscription or choose a specific day for your order to process.

How do I skip or cancel my subscription?

Skipping or canceling your subscription is easy. Once inside your Subscription Portal, you’ll see a “Skip” button at the top of the screen. To cancel, click inside each individual subscription and click “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the screen.
